What We Don't Collect

Daylify does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Any data about your habits, notes, or focus sessions

Local Data Storage

All data you create in Daylify is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms:

• Focus sessions and timer history
• Habits and streaks
• Notes and checklists
• Breathing patterns and preferences
• App settings and customizations

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up using your device's native backup features (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.).

Permissions

Notifications

Daylify requests permission to send local notifications for:

• Focus timer completion alerts
• Habit reminders
• Breathing exercise reminders

These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any external servers.

Storage

The app requires storage permission to save your data locally on your device. This data is encrypted and accessible only by the Daylify app.

Third-Party Services

Daylify does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app functions completely offline and does not require an internet connection.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely on your device using industry-standard encryption methods. Since no data is transmitted to external servers, your information is protected from network-based security threats.

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual items (habits, notes, sessions) within the app
• Use "Reset All Data" in Settings to clear all app data
• Uninstall the app to remove all data from your device

Since we don't store any data on our servers, uninstalling the app completely removes all traces of your information.

Children's Privacy

Daylify does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since the app stores all data locally and doesn't collect personal information, it can be safely used by users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
